If you reply "Fraud" to the SMS security check, your purchase will be automatically canceled and your Gameflip account will be locked. According to our anti-fraud guidelines, to unlock it, we will need you to send your ID and Payment Source information as follows:
ID VERIFICATION:
- 1 photo: a selfie of you holding both a paper with "For Gameflip" and today's date handwritten on it and your ID Card/Driver's License (no Passports allowed*);
- 2 photos: two close-up pictures of the document (front and back), for us to read the information on it.
PAYMENT VERIFICATION:
- 1 photo: a selfie of you holding your credit/debit card, showing only the last 4 numbers and your name on it;
- 2 photos: two close-up pictures of the card (front and back), showing only the last 4 numbers and your name on it.
*If you are from the UK, Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus, you may send photos from your Internal Passport for verification.
Please send us a ticket attaching these pictures here.
Only after you show us the information requested we will unlock your account.
We will then ask you to upload these pictures to your Gameflip account to be verified.
