Buyer claims sent item is not delivered.

If you used one of Gameflip’s shipping options or entered your own tracking code, then you can submit a ticket  through the “Menu > Help > Contact Support” section of the app. Our team will work with both you and the Buyer to track down the item.

If you did not use one of Gameflip’s shipping options or entered your own tracking code, you assume the risk as a Seller and we recommend that you contact the shipping provider. If you shipped the item with tracking, then please share the tracking number with the Buyer as soon as possible.
