If the Seller sent your item with tracking, then you can check the shipping status in the order details screen.
If the Seller does not ship your item within “Seller sells in” + 1 day, then you’ll be presented with the option to cancel in the order details screen. Please contact the Seller about the issue before cancelling.
Please note that if the Seller has marked the listing as Shipped, then the option to cancel the listing will not appear.
If the item does not get delivered in a timely manner, please wait 2 weeks after the purchase, then please contact Support and we can look into the transaction and assist with the cancellation.
