Beta codes/account selling
The sale of beta codes, accounts and account sharing is strictly prohibited on Gameflip. Doing so will put your account at risk for suspension.
If the product you are selling is a copy of another work that you aren't authorized to copy, don't list the item. Beta software, test software, and evaluation software are not permitted on Gameflip. These are pre-release copies of software distributed by software developers strictly for the purpose of evaluation and troubleshooting. Distribution of such copies violates the software developers' copyrights. You need to obtain the manufacturer's consent to sell this kind of software.
Items or services that require the exchange of account credentials
Services or items that require either the buyer or the seller to exchange sensitive information such as game account credentials are not allowed on Gameflip.
Items you don't have the right to sell
The listing or sale of items that you don't have the right to sell is, of course, prohibited. With respect to any item(s) that you are listing, you must legally own the item(s) or have the full rights to sell the item(s). You are responsible for verifying what rights you have, and for adhering to all applicable terms and conditions with any third parties.
Duping, glitching, hacking or modding
Any listings that somehow encompass practices like duping, glitching, hacking or modding are strictly forbidden.
Products that require code activation in-person
The sale of products that require code activation in-person, such as gift cards for restaurants, retail stores, theaters, and shows are not allowed to be listed or sold on Gameflip.

Random item listings
Any listing that is created without identifying the exact item that will be sold is prohibited on Gameflip.
Creating listings where the Buyer has a "Random", "Chance", or any sort of probability of items receive will fall under this. Listings that do not identify the item to be sold will be deleted and any accounts associated with the listing may be suspended or banned.
Counterfeit items
Any item which includes a mark that is identical or substantially indistinguishable from a registered trademark, but is not manufactured by or with the consent of the trademark holder is considered to be “counterfeit” and prohibited.
It is strictly prohibited to sell stolen or counterfeit items. Listing items that are stolen or counterfeit will be deleted and any accounts associated with these listings may be suspended or banned. Further action, including criminal prosecution, may be taken.
Copyright infringement is unlawful and against Gameflip’s policies. Copyright is the protection provided by law to the authors of creative works, such as movies, music, software, photographs and books, both published and unpublished. Copyright owners possess the exclusive right to reproduce the copyrighted work, to distribute copies of the copyrighted work, and to perform or display the copyrighted work publicly. Gameflip prohibits the listing of unauthorized copies of copyrighted works. Unauthorized copies include (but are not limited to) backup, pirated, duplicated, or bootlegged copies.
