The Buyer has 3 days after the delivery date to acceptance of your item. This timeframe is necessary to ensure that the buyer has sufficient time to redeem, inspect, and ensuring that the item or code can be redeemed and used without any issue or defect.
If the Buyer does not complete the transaction after the 3 days, the transaction will be marked as complete and final. This timeframe cannot be changed by our Support Team.
Please keep in mind that both the buyer and seller have up to 30 days after the transaction is complete to rate the purchase. Rating is entirely optional and is not available if the purchase has been canceled, refunded, or completed by the Support Team as a result of a dispute decided by our Support Team.
