You cannot select this option if you have chosen the "I'll ship the item myself" (FREE Shipping) or if you are selling an Accessory, Console, or "Other" item. The option to choose Gameflip shipping or have the Buyer pay for shipping will not be available for categories other than Games and Collectibles.
This is because most items in other categories will weigh above 0.5 lbs. Gameflip Shipping (and therefore "Buyer pays for shipping") is only available for items weighing less than 0.5 lbs.
