If your sold listing is on hold, this means that the Buyer has opened a dispute and request Gameflip to investigate. This can be due to, but not limited to the following reasons:
- Item sent was defective or not as described
- Digital code did not work or already used
- Item was never sent or received
We recommend that you message the Buyer to see the exact reason why they have escalated the issue, and try to resolve the situation with the Buyer.
Our team will undergo an investigation into the reason why, and we may reach out to you for further information regarding the transaction to help resolve the situation. Please note that the transaction may be reversed due to the outcome of our investigation.
