On rare occasions, your purchase or add funds may require additional review. This is done to protect you and ensure that you authorized the purchase. To reduce the frequency of reviews, please make sure that your payment information (e.g., name, address, and phone number) is correct and matches your account information. You may also receive a text message from Gameflip about the transaction and what to do if it was unauthorized. If this is the first time your purchase has been placed under review, you will be required to either complete a payment verification or provide us with additional information so that we can investigate and clear the transaction.
You must submit any requested payment verification information as soon as possible. Once submitted, the review may take up to 24 hours. If further information is needed to perform our investigation, we will contact you via email. Please make sure that the email you have in your Gameflip account is accurate and verified. If you are unable to respond to the requested verification information within 24 hours, we will cancel and refund your purchase. To reduce the frequency of purchase reviews, you should verify both your payment ownership and identity and enable multi-factor authentication on your account. Verification information is encrypted and securely stored and will never be shared with another third party.
