How to Apply a Discount Code

So you’ve got a discount code, but you are not sure how to use it?

Just follow these easy steps and you’ll be enjoying your reward soon.

1. Find your item: Browse the marketplace normally and when you find the item you'd like to purchase, proceed to the checkout page.
2. Use your code: At checkout, find the “Have a discount code?” button, click on it and insert your code, then apply!

Discount codes have a single-use per account.

If you have trouble applying your code, double-check the code entered and make sure there are no spaces before or after the code. If the code seems correct but you still can't redeem it, the promotion might have expired or there could be limitations in place, like item category or minimum/maximum. In this case, please reach out to us or the partner that provided you the code.

NOTE: Discount promotions usually have a maximum amount that can be discounted.
