Gameflip CLUB refers to a set of subscription plans offered by Gameflip to its sellers aimed at offering a series of perks for active sellers, such as:
- Reduced selling fees;
- Faster support answers;
- And other exclusive benefits.
About the Subscriptions' Billing Cycle
The billing cycle for all subscription plans lasts 30 days.
Your first billing cycle will start after the first payment is made and expires 30 days after that. The next billing cycle starts immediately after the 30-day period.
How to cancel my subscription plan?
Log into your Gameflip account and visit the Subscriptions page at Wallet>Subscriptions.
If you still have an active subscription plan, go ahead and locate the orange button "DISABLE RENEWAL" and press it. The Auto-Renewal will be disabled and your subscription will not be renewed by the end of the current billing cycle.
If you decide to renew your subscription, simply press the "ENABLE RENEWAL". Renewals that are done before the expiration of the current billing cycle will not incur you additional charges during this billing cycle, and the status of your benefits and used sales will remain the same.
About Payment
Subscriptions can only be paid with cash from sales available in your Gameflip Wallet.
The payment happens once every billing cycle, which starts immediately when you subscribe.
Note: Subscription plans can have free trial periods. If a subscription remains active until the expiration date of the trial period, the subscription will be automatically renewed. Therefore, its cost will be charged automatically and a new billing cycle will start.
About the Fees
On regular sales, once your item has been purchased, delivered, and accepted by the Buyer, Gameflip takes a Commission fee and a Digital Fee (for digital goods only) off of the listing price.
As a Gameflip CLUB member, you will not be charged for the Digital fee, while Commission fees vary from 0% to 8%, depending on the chosen plan.
The fees allow us to support our Gameflip team members, who are just as passionate about games as you are!
If you sell frequently, you should sign up for one of our subscription plans to reduce the selling fees.
About the Sales Cap
The sales cap of a subscription plan is the maximum amount of eligible sales that a subscriber can have per billing cycle.
Once the sales cap is reached, subsequent sales will not receive the reduced commission and fees until the next billing cycle.
When will the sales amount be registered towards the "Sales Cap"?
Right after a listing is sold and considering that you have an active subscription, the total value of the sale is registered towards the sales cap (excluding shipping costs).
If the total sum of your sales reaches or passes the sales cap, the next sold items won't be eligible for the commission and fee discounts.
If a sold listing is eligible to the plan benefits, but later canceled by dispute, remorse, or any other reason, the amount of that given listing will be subtracted back from your sales cap, allowing you to sell again under the subscription plan benefits.
Can I sell items priced above my subscription "Sales Cap"?
No. Sold items will be only eligible for the subscription benefits if their price is lower than the remaining amount of the sales cap.
Examples:
Subscription Sales Cap | Current Sales Used | Price Eligibility |
$500 | $0 | Up to $500 |
$500 | $200 | Up to $300 |
$500 | $450 | Up to $50 |
$500 | $500 | Not eligible |
