For all gigs sold within Gameflip, sellers MUST provide evidence of delivery before completing the transaction. To avoid problems with the delivery of your gig, we recommend you to:
1. Capture screenshots during your play session
If your gig consists in a service that involves playing a game with the buyer, please take screenshots during the session, so you can submit them after the gig is delivered to complete the transaction. You can also capture videos.
2. Save important chat logs
For any chatting outside of Gameflip, capture screenshots if there's any relevant conversation about the gig you are performing.
3. Submit all captured evidence of the gig delivery to complete the transaction
After your gig is performed, you'll be able to submit evidence to complete the transaction. This is when you should attach all captured media to prove your gig was successfully delivered.
In case the buyer opens a dispute, failure to provide sufficient evidence could result in dispute loss.
