How to deliver a Play-with-Pro Session?

For all sessions sold within Gameflip, sellers MUST provide evidence of delivery before completing the transaction. Follow the steps below to ensure that you have proper evidence of delivery so you can avoid any issues or disputes:

1. Do NOT post your Epic ID, Gamertag/in-game name, PSN name publicly in your listing or public listing comments.

You can message the buyer privately in the Sold Item private message section after your item is purchased. This helps the support team check the in-game name of the buyer.

2. Capture screenshots/videos during your play session

Please take screenshots/videos during the session, so you can submit them after delivery, to complete the transaction.

Example: You can ask the buyer for evidence in a form of a screenshot of their rank/number of wins, sent in the chat between both of you. After the session is completed, you can ask for another screenshot showing the new stats.

3.  Save important chat logs

For any chatting outside of Gameflip, capture screenshots if there's any relevant conversation about the session you are performing. Clear photos (in case the session is being performed in a console - PS4/XBOX/Switch) can also be used as proof.

Note: these photos must be high-quality.

4. Submit all captured evidence of the gig delivery to complete the transaction

After your session is performed, you'll be able to submit evidence to complete the transaction. This is when you should attach all captured media to prove it was successfully delivered.

In case the buyer opens a dispute, failure to provide sufficient evidence could result in dispute loss.

Note: Once a dispute is decided by the support team, it can’t be reversed.

Tips on how to record videos to gather evidence of delivery

• How to record on Xbox One:

Press the Xbox button to bring up the Guide, and press the View button for Capture options. Select “Record from now” and press “A”. To stop recording manually, press the Xbox button and then X

• How to record on PlayStation 4:

Double-tap the "Share" button.

• How to record on the PC:

On Windows 10, you can use the built-in tool. Find out more here. You can also use a video capture tool such as Fraps.

• How to record on Nintendo Switch:

You have to use the Capture button to record a video. Don't just press the button, hold it down. It will capture and save the previous 30 seconds of gameplay. The 30-second video clip will automatically store in your Album section where you can access it to edit, share on Twitter and Facebook, and copy to your microSD card.
